MANAGED SERVERS
Data Center Managed Servers
Consisting of dedicated "netsol" servers equipped with
extended support hosted in our data center.
The extended support comes in the form of professional
set up and configuration of the hardware along with professional
installation os server level software such as O/S, DNS, Mail, FTP
and domain name transfer.
Our Network Operations Centre connects
to your server on our network every few minutes to determine if
there is connectivity. If the server becomes inaccessible our tech
staff is immediately notified. As well Monitoring services include,
but are not limited to monitoring of web, mail, DNS or FTP services
running on your server.
In the event a server develops a problem Data-Fortress
tech staff will
- Start/Stop Service (NT)
- Kill/Restart a process (BSD)
- Reboot your server
- Notification via pager or email when service is lost
- Notification via pager or email when service is restored
- Rapid hardware replacement
